1. Cancel orders

  • We understand that your decisions may change, so we allow you to cancel your order within 12 hours of confirmation. After this period, our dedicated team will begin preparing your order with the utmost care, ensuring it is exactly as you envisioned.
  • For custom-designed products with unique names or details, we assure you that each piece is manufactured with the utmost care for you, so we recommend that you review all the details before confirming the order.


2. Refunds

  • If the order is cancelled within the allowed 12-hour period, we promise to refund the full amount to the payment method used, within just 5 business days.
  • After the specified period has ended, and because we adhere to the highest quality standards in every product, we cannot issue refunds after manufacturing has begun.


3. Customized Products

  • Because each custom product is a unique masterpiece made just for you, it cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun. However, in the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect, we guarantee to return the product in perfect condition free of charge.


4. Special facilities

  • If you receive a customized product that does not meet all your expectations (even after design approval), we are pleased to offer you an exclusive voucher of the same value as the product, to use towards any of our luxury products in the future.
